JOEY ROTH CERAMIC SPEAKERS.

Made out of porcelain, cork and Baltic birch, Joey Roth’s Ceramic Speakers combines an incredible design with high fidelity sound. The unconventional materials used not only provide for an eco-chic appeal, they have the feature of “acoustical deadness”. In non-audiophile terms, unlike traditional wood or plastic, they do not impart extra vibrations and enable the music to be unaffected by the materials. The speakers are also incorporated with Tripath amplifiers. The result: The speakers provide depth and reveal every minute detail in each piece of music. Meanwhile, the design of the speakers is minimalistic in line with the sense that sound is left untouched between the source and the ears of the listener.

The Ceramic Speakers connect directly to iPods and other digital music players, laptops, televisions and turntables. They are priced at $495 and available at joeyroth.com. I’m certainly aching to hear what hidden details these stunning speakers would reveal in Boom Boom Pow.

  1. Cute Review. Yeah and in between Boom Boom Pow, you can probably hear “Get addicted to this song. Get addicted to this dumb song of nothing….”
